If for any reason our kitchen storage solutions do not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure a hassle-free experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging products, including eligibility requirements, process steps, and important timelines.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in their original packaging with all included parts, instructions, and tags intact. Bowl racks, dish drying racks, and spice racks that have been assembled, used, damaged by the customer, or modified in any way are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, custom or personalized products (if available) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
The return and exchange window is a reasonable timeframe from the date of delivery. You must initiate the return or exchange process within this period to be eligible. To start the process, please follow the steps outlined on our website, which will guide you through submitting a return or exchange request, including providing your order details and reason for the request. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to package and ship the product back to us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return or exchange is due to a defect, damage during transit, or an error on our part (e.g., sending the wrong product or size). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for reasonable shipping costs upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges initiated due to personal preference (e.g., changing your mind, deciding the product does not fit your space after purchase).
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets the eligibility requirements. This inspection typically takes 2-3 business days. If the product is eligible, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement product to you once the returned item has been inspected and approved. The replacement product will be the same model and size as the original, unless you request a different eligible product (subject to availability and any price difference, which you will be responsible for paying or which will be refunded to you).
If your bowl rack, dish drying rack, or spice rack arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us through the designated process on our website within 3 days of delivery. You will need to provide clear photos of the damage, defect, or missing parts, along with your order details. We will then arrange for a free replacement, refund, or of missing parts, at your discretion, with no additional cost to you.
